Signature full body, pilates-fusion class. Designed for anyone looking to move their bodies with other powerful people from the comfort of your own home. You will need light weights and sometimes sliders (or anything that functions as such - socks, dishtowels, etc).

This is a 45 minute class that emphasizes strength training and concludes with a short cool down / stretch. Feel free to log on a few minutes early to set up, ask questions, and connect with your community. See you there!

Only have 30 minutes? I got you! This is a signature LivLive class with the burn you love, just in and out in half an hour. We will always do a core section to target both center core and obliques, paired with any combination of upper and/or lower body focus (noted in the class description). Quick and dirty! LivLive45 - Strength + Stretch
Signature, full body class with an extended ending stretch. This class consists of 35 minutes of strength work followed by a 10 minute guided stretch/ cool down.
